on the left are the reference nails that i showed the technician, and on the right are the results. i am disappointed beyond words! i payed 70 dollars for this disappointment! i had to go to another salon to get them redone and i do not recommend going here especially if you have an important event coming up! these were my bridal nails and the rush of getting them redone so close to the wedding date added extra stress. it i could give this salon a 0 i would but that’s impossible so i give them a one!! 🤬 the technicians name was Jessica. needs to rethink her profession choices.

I honestly don’t even know where to start—this was hands down the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. I went in expecting a simple, clean set, and walked out with nails that looked like they were done in the dark. First off, the shape is completely uneven, some nails are thick and lumpy while others are thin and crooked. I asked for a specific style, showed a reference photo, and somehow ended up with something that looks nothing like it. The polish is streaky, already chipping after barely any time, and there’s product all over my cuticles like zero care was taken during application. The picture on the right is the reference, and the one on the left is well, what disaster happened on my nails. On top of that, the whole process felt rushed and careless. Tools didn’t seem properly cleaned, and the technician didn’t listen to anything I asked for. I left feeling frustrated and honestly a little grossed out. I paid good money for this, and now I have to either fix them myself or pay somewhere else to redo everything. Total waste of time and money. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you’re okay with leaving disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I went in asking for a new full set of acrylics, but the nail tech refused and insisted on doing a fill instead. I explained that I wanted a fresh set, but she would not accommodate my request. The entire service felt rushed from start to finish. Because of how quickly and carelessly it was done, I ended up with multiple cuts around my cuticles that were actually bleeding. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. To make matters worse, not even a full day later, the gel polish has already started peeling and coming off. That should never happen with properly done gel. Between the refusal to provide the service I asked for, the rushed application that caused injury, and the poor quality that didn’t even last 24 hours, I am requesting a full refund. This was not acceptable service.
